During the tutoring period, which is tailored to each applicant’s future work, trainees work alongside an expert with safety-related responsibilities within his/her own organization. The content and duration of tutoring period are adapted to each applicant’s profile. Personalized support continues with regular contacts with safety experts once the trainee returns to his/her organization. Certificates issued at the end of tutoring period certify the acquisition of competency.
